Crossroad location is Route 50 and Tilghman Road – Sweetbay Drive is located off of Tilghman Road, past MVA and next to The Fountains Conference Center.

At Jonathan C. Patrowicz, D.O., P.A., we accept most major insurance plans. Please contact our office directly at (410) 334-3788 to verify whether we accept your plan.
If your insurance plan requires you to pay a co-payment, co-insurance, and/or a deductible, you will need to pay at the time of your visit. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

If Dr. Patrowicz or Ms. Poisker suggest a specialist evaluation or diagnostic testing that requires a referral, we will make every effort to provide this for you as soon as possible.
Some referrals require insurance preauthorization and cannot be processed immediately. Insurance guidelines prohibit us from backdating referrals. We require three business days for the processing of routine referrals.
Dr. Patrowicz has hospital affiliations with TidalHealth Peninsula Regional Hospital in Salisbury, Maryland.
Prescriptions and refills for established patients of Jonathan C. Patrowicz, D.O., P.A. are routinely issued during our regular office hours (see above). You can make your request by calling our office at (410) 334-3788.
Refills are generally not issued during the evenings, weekends, or holidays, as we may not have access to all your medical records during those times. It is helpful to anticipate your refill needs to avoid an interruption in your medication therapy.
